Cloud Title was founded by Thomas Heimann, an experienced entrepreneur, innovator and technology leader who pioneered the first truly paperless title insurance agency in the State of Florida in 2006.

Cloud Title is headquartered in Sarasota and provides real estate closings and title services throughout the State of Florida, with goals to expand operations nationally.
